Track A / Build
A fixed price to build it. A monthly plan to keep it running.
For businesses that make real money and run on spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and one person who knows how it all works. You do not need to know what you want built. You need to know what is costing you time.
- Fixed, in writing, before any code
- Weeks, not months
- A monthly plan
- Everything in your name
Who this is for.
The signs are usually the same. If three of these are true, you are in the right place.
- There is a spreadsheet that the whole business runs on and everyone is scared to touch it
- Quotes, jobs, or bookings live in a shared inbox and things fall through
- One person knows how it all fits together, and they are tired
- You have looked at off-the-shelf software and it does eighty percent of the job, badly
- You have paid for software before and got a login and no answers
- You are making money, and the admin is now the thing holding you back
What you get.
A scoped build, done properly underneath, with everything a business needs to keep running it after we hand over.
A scope you can read
A short written spec in plain language, agreed before the price. What it does, what it does not, what it connects to, who can see what.
The infrastructure, done once, done right
Authentication through a proven provider. Tenancy enforced at the database. Backups that get restored. Monitoring and logging from day one. Secrets on the server. Data in Australia unless there is a reason otherwise.
Integration with what you already run
Xero, MYOB, your email, your calendar, your existing forms. This is the part AI did not make faster, and it is where most builds go over.
Everything in your name
Domain, DNS, hosting, source code, and every account, registered to your business on your card. injuid has delegated access and can be removed in an afternoon.
A runbook, not a handover call
Where everything is, how to get in, how to restore from backup, who to call. Written down, kept current under the plan.
What it costs.
The build is a fixed price, quoted in writing after scoping and before any code. The price covers the scope in the document. It does not move unless the scope does, and scope changes are agreed in writing with a price attached before they happen.
There is no dollar figure on this page because a fixed price that is right for a five screen internal tool is wrong for a customer portal with payments. Publishing one number would either scare off the first group or mislead the second.
What we can say: the first call costs nothing. Scoping comes next, and it produces a written spec and a fixed quote. If the quote is not right for you, you keep the spec.
- Free. Thirty minutes. Whether it is a fit and roughly what it would take.
- A written spec and a fixed quote you can take elsewhere.
- Fixed price. Paid in stages tied to things you can see working.
- Monthly, from launch. Cancel with a month's notice.
The monthly plan.
Launch is the start of the expensive part. The plan is how the system stays patched, backed up, and supported, and how there is a named person who answers in month seven. It is priced per system after scoping, and it is not optional for the first year, because a system nobody is looking after is a liability with your name on it.
Covered
- Hosting
- Production infrastructure in your name, with spend alerts and hard limits set.
- Patching
- Dependency and platform updates on a monthly window, urgent ones sooner.
- Monitoring
- Uptime, errors, and cost, with someone reading the alerts.
- Backups, tested
- Restored on a schedule, with the date and the result recorded.
- Security updates
- Applied when they are published, not when someone remembers.
- Support
- A named person, a stated reply time, and an actual answer.
- Small changes
- A bucket of hours each month for the things you notice once real people are using it.
- The runbook
- Kept current, so the next person can pick it up.
Not covered
- New features beyond the monthly bucket
- Quoted separately, fixed price, same as the build.
- Third party fees
- Domain renewals, hosting usage beyond the plan, SaaS subscriptions, SMS credits. Billed to your accounts directly.
- Redesigns
- A new look is a project, not a maintenance task.
- Around the clock on-call
- Business hours, Australian time, with an honest reply time. If you need a 2am pager, say so in scoping and we will price it or tell you who to talk to.
If injuid disappeared tomorrow.
You would lose a phone number. Not your domain, not your data, not your code, not your hosting. Every account is yours, the runbook tells the next person where everything is, and nothing is built on anything proprietary to us. This is a deliberate design constraint, not a courtesy.
Start with the call.
Two or three sentences on what is costing you time. We reply within two business days.
